Meet the Founder

Pastor Annette Ramos is on a mission to intentionally help women all over the globe discover their gifts, develop in their uniqueness and succeed in living the abundant life and thus established the new business “Woman Developed.” Since a young girl, Pastor Annette knew her purpose in life would be to help women identify their God given purpose. To this day, this is one of her greatest joys!

Pastor Annette has a passion to empower God’s people by equipping them with the essential information needed to strive and thrive at becoming the best version of themselves. She has helped countless women discover who they are and the purpose for which they were created. Pastor Annette has been a Life Strategist and Life Coach for over 20+ years and a Pastor for over 10+ years. She attributes her knowledge and wisdom to the revelation of God.

In 2016, Pastor Annette published her first book "Life Lessons of an Overcomer: The Relationship Series” which is a true story to help others focus on the blessings they are coming into, instead of the mess their leaving behind.  Pastor Annette has an immeasurable appetite for leadership development and therefore in 2016 enrolled into the Sam Chand Leadership Institute.  In 2017, Pastor Annette was conferred a Certificate in Leadership.

When Pastor Annette is not working diligently helping others develop and grow in their own lives. She enjoys spending time with her family, going on day trips, and watching comedies. Pastor Annette currently serves as the Executive Pastor at New Destiny Worship Center in Toms River, NJ alongside her husband. They reside in Toms River with their four growing children.
